We offer mattresses in all your favorite firmnesses, whether firm against back pain, soft and comfortable, or medium-firm. We have the solution for everyone: Adults, seniors, children, hoteliers. We always emphasize that it is best to visit us and try our mattresses in person.
We have a wide variety of dimensions available through selection when choosing & buying a mattress or bed, from single to super king size.
In case you have a special requirement in your space, e.g., a switch above the headboard of the bed and you need a lower headboard, or you have a special bed and need the corresponding dimensions, as manufacturers we provide you with the possibility of custom made, i.e., upon communication.

If you prefer a softer sleeping surface, the GLORIOUS® Mattress Topper is ideal for you. It not only provides a higher sleeping surface, but also offers extra softness thanks to its exceptionally soft foam.

All our mattresses are tested for harmful substances.
To extend the life of your mattress, you need to flip or rotate your mattress regularly.
Note: Mattresses with an integrated topper like the SLEEP30® are simply rotated and not flipped.
Our slatted frames are available in various sizes: from 80 to 140 cm. You can choose sizes between 190, 200, 210 and 220 cm.
Due to the manufacturing process, mattresses sometimes have a "new" smell. This is harmless to health. If you notice a "new" smell, it will disappear after a while. Please ventilate the bedroom several times a day if this happens. The "new" smell often disappears quickly.
Mattress sizes in cm (length and width) are approximate, as in individual cases, production-related deviations of up to +/- 2 cm may occur. Deviations within this tolerance range are not a reason for complaint.
We offer the following payment options: credit card, advance payment, Apple Pay, installment payments and purchase on account. If you have chosen the installment payment option or purchase on account, you will receive your invoice/receipt and all payment-related information exclusively directly from Klarna. More information can also be found in our Terms and Conditions under Payment Options.
Payment can also be made with a valid farantatos.com gift card. Special sizes, i.e., mattresses, toppers and slatted frames that are not regularly available in our store, are excluded from payment with the farantatos.com gift card.
We are also happy to offer you the installment payment option. Flexible installment payment allows you to pay your bill at your own pace. You decide each month how much you want to pay. Initially, a minimum amount defined monthly must be paid at the final stage of purchase. We offer up to 6 interest-free installments with credit card for purchases from 400€ to 1500€. In case you do not have a credit card, you can choose to pay with Klarna with your debit card. You can then change the amount above the minimum amount yourself or pay it off in full at any time. Installment payment is processed through Klarna. Klarna will first check your creditworthiness. We ask for your understanding that we have no influence on this check. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order within the timeframe specified on the product page. An exception applies if it is a very special custom-made order.
We ship our products within Attica with our own transport means. Alternatively, with cooperating transport companies.
Mattresses are delivered in a double bag and beds, if shipped by a transport company, with reinforced protective cardboard.
Carefully remove the mattress from its bag.
Never use sharp or pointed objects to unpack it.
Mattresses should not remain compressed in their bag and beds in their packaging for more than one week.
Delivery usually takes place with all products you have ordered on the same day together.
We can deliver your order to other countries upon request.
We want you to be satisfied with your mattress and bed
for a long time. That's why we offer up to a 5-year warranty for the mattress core on many
mattresses and beds.
The warranty is completely free for you for the first two years after the purchase date. We provide 50% of the proven purchase price in the third year of use, 30% in the fourth year, and 10% in the fifth year. Coverage is covered by a two-year warranty. The warranty is limited to EU countries and Switzerland. The seller's legal warranty remains unaffected. The warranty period starts from the delivery date. Proof of purchase is required as proof of warranty.
The warranty excludes defects caused by improper use by the customer, i.e., cuts, tears, nicks, scratches and stains that appear after delivery.
Also excluded from the warranty are normal changes in the firmness or height of the mattress. A reduction of up to 15% in the height of the mattress is normal and excluded from the warranty.
The warranty also does not cover accidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the warranty does not cover damages caused by improper assembly, handling or care. Zippers and cover handles are excluded from the durability warranty. The warranty is valid only for indoor use. The warranty does not apply if the products have been used outdoors or in wet environments.
Mold growth is excluded from the warranty. Discoloration of mattress foams is also normal, as is wrinkling and knots if we use cotton fabric.
Therefore, these aspects are not accepted as a basis for complaint. Repair or replacement of the defective product does not activate a new warranty period.
Very dirty mattresses for which inspection or repair is unreasonable from a hygiene perspective are also excluded from the extended warranty.

2) We will then arrange for the collection of the products. The customer is obliged, in case the defect is not due to a manufacturing error, to cover the transport costs from their premises to our headquarters.
3) We will inspect the defective product and determine if a warranty claim applies.
We would like to inform you that custom-made products are excluded from return, which are clearly personalized, e.g., special mattress dimensions such as 140x190, choice of color and fabric for a bed, special legs, etc.
